The dog of the fatal hazing victim UST student Horacio “Atio” Castillo III was crying and grieving over her master’s death during his wake.

Gerardo M. Castillo, the uncle of the fatal hazing victim Atio Castillo has posted the photos of Castillo’s family pet named Lega on his Facebook account. The latter explained that the dog was also crying and grieving the death of Atio.

Castillo narrated that Lega always goes to his master’s room as she knows that there’s something wrong because she could no longer kiss or see her master, who was already lying inside the coffin.

Here is the full post of Gerardo:

“My dearest Atio Lega misses you so bad that she wants to kiss you but she cannot comprehend why you are no longer with her. I see Lega and it seems she sees you still and really cries at night . Do you know Atio she goes to your room and wonder why you have not come home yet but I know she knows something must have gone wrong. I swear I’ll bring you justice Atio but the sad part you are gone and how I wish I should have just be the one because you have such a great future ahead of you. I love you Atio and same with Lega . Till we meet again . Say hello for me to lolo and tell your grandfather how I miss him terribly still and no words can describe such feeling .”

Hazing Victim

Atio Castillo is a student at the University of Sto. Thomas who died in a fatal hazing allegedly conducted by the members of Aegis Juris Fraternity.

  1. Those criminals (mother and son) involved in the death of Atio Castillo who are now here in Chicago should be hunted down asap so with the rest of that hypocritical ” Shield of Justice”fraternity. And why is UST preoccupied about scholarship programs and putting up funds in Atios name when what they should be doing is going after justice for him? Such hypocrisy .

  2. A young person lost his life because UST itself didn’t have the balls to blast off this hypocritical lawyers group called ” Shield of Justice” in the first place. If it’s true their license was not renewed why are they around the school vicinity still recruiting ? Didn’t the school upon opening gave out information as to who is and is not illegitimate ? Those people involved in this atrocity are a bunch of rabid animals .
