RATINGS – The AGB Nielsen and the Kantar Media-TNS revealed the respective ratings of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “Alyas Robinhood”.
“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “Alyas Robinhood” are two of the biggest prime-time series in the Philippine television that the people have been watching out for every night.
However, these programs also came from the two of the biggest media networks in the country is a great rivalry in terms of televiewers.
AGB Nielsen conducts audience measurement of television ratings for certain areas in the Philippines, most notably in urban areas.
While on the other hand, the Kantar media is a firm of market research specializing the broadcast media which is also in the Philippines.
As per the photo shared on the site of Fashion Pulis showing the compared ratings of the two programs, the AGB Nielsen “uses a panel size of 1,980 homes based solely in urban areas that represent only 57 percent of the total Philippine TV viewing population”.
The NUTAM only concentrates on the Urban areas.
And on the other hand, the Kantar media “uses a panel size of 2,610 of rural and urban homes which represents the 100 percent of the total Philippine TV viewing population.”
The results of the shows only go to show what most people are watching out for every night.
In the Philippines, it has been a tradition of most Filipino families to watch teleseryes every night.
Some of the netizens who saw the ratings were shocked because of quite distant results considering that numerous people were saying that the FPJAP have aired long enough that some people have had enough of it.
