Thess Pineda, Jake Zyrus’ Grandmother Express Support For The Singer After Controversial Message
Thess Pineda, Jake Zyrus’ grandmother has expressed her support through heartwarming message for the singer after giving distasteful remarks in the past.
Previously, Thess Pineda, the grandmother of the international singer Jake Zyrus who was also formerly known as Charice Pempengco. Pineda slammed the singer for being a homosexual person added by her breast removal surgery.
Recently, on the Friday episode of ‘Magandang Buhay’ the singer heaved a sigh after his grandmother has expressed her support and give a heartwarming message for him.
“Kilala mo pa ba ako, bunso? Naaalala mo ba iyong mga bonding natin noong bata ka pa? Nami-miss ko iyon, anak. Ngayon nandiyan ka na, ganap na ang isip mo, ganap na ang edad mo. Proud ako sa iyo, anak. Lagi mong tatandaan, mahal na mahal kita,” said by Pineda quoted by ABS-CBN.
The 25-year-old singer responds to the message of his grandmother saying love conquers all. He was also glad to hear his grandmother supporting him especially the controversy about him has started to cool down.
“Iba talaga ang nagagawa kapag love na ang pinairal sa relationship. I am sincerely happy kasi finally, ang sarap sa feeling na naggi-guest ka sa isang show na napag-uusapan mo na nang maayos ang pamilya. Hindi na iyong puro controversy,” said by Jake Zyrus.
Jake admitted that family is his weakness and expressed his gratitude towards the TV show for making the surprise video greeting for him.
The international singer was also hoping that his relationship with his family would be restored sooner or later.
