This particular actress the designer personally picked to have the best dress during the said event is Lovi Poe.
On the event, Lovi Poe was clad in black ball gown created by Mark Bumgarner. Her overall look was classy and elegant.
Everything about her look was minimal. Coming from her hair which is neatly fixed down from her light makeup highlighting the best features of her face.
