OFW Anabelle Calay Seeking Hep After Repeatedly Abused By Employer In Saudi Arabia
A female Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) is now seeking help from the authorities after she was repeatedly abused by her male employer.
OFWs were enduring hardships and loneliness abroad just to earn a huge amount of cash to provide the financial necessities of their families. Most of them were forced to leave the country to give a better life for their loved ones.
Nowadays, we can hear a lot of new about Filipino workers abroad who have been harassed and abused by their employer, particularly those who are in the Arab nations. Another female OFW was asking for help after she was repeatedly abused by her employer.
Recently, the Facebook page “OFW Kalingawan” has shared the story of a Pinay worker in Saudi Arabia who was sexually harassed and abused by her employer in Saudi Arabia. Her employer was also threatening to kill her if she will report it to the authorities.
The OFW was identified as Anabelle Calay working at Jeddah Al Safa Block 2 in Saudi Arabia. Calay video recorded herself seeking help from the authorities and her fellow OFW to save her from the abusive actions of her employer.
Calay was reportedly forced by her employer to do BJ, but she was afraid to report it to the authorities because the latter threatened to kill her and women don’t have a voice in Saudi Arabia.

The poor OFW was also fearing to end up in jail if she will report the abusive actions of her employer due to the strict law in Saudi Arabia.
The Facebook page was also asking Ortiz Agency to help and save Calay from her abusive employer and resolve the issue. The netizens are also asking the authorities to resolve the issues.
