BILIRAN – A peculiar and a bizarre phenomenon was caught on camera forming along Kawayan in Biliran.
The climate around the world truly remained unpredictable due to the effects of what the human beings are doing to the environment.
Pollution is now one of the major problems, may it be in water, land, or even air, due to drastic changes brought by the technology into the lives of people.
However, one cannot blame the technology merely for partly, the actions that people do are the cause of what is oddly happening to some parts of the world.
And recently, on the Philippines, an odd phenomenon was caught on tape forming along the seas of Kawayan but luckily, considering that it is destructive at some point, it eventually got dissolved.
According to the report of the ABS-CBN News, the strange phenomenon that was caught on camera is a waterspout that formed along the sea in Kawayan, Biliran.
A netizen was able to record the said incident but then, the waterspout formed along the dimming of the skies on Sunday.
Fortunately, it got dissolved later on and did not hit the land and there were no injuries or damages that had been recorded.
Waterspout, according to a source, is a column of cloud-filled wind rotating over a body of water.
In spite of its name, the waterspout is not actually filled with water from either the ocean or the lake for the water inside it is formed through the condensation in the cloud.
