According to the report of the ABS-CBN News, the three police officers who got involved in the controversial death of the Grade 11 student during the “Oplan Galugad” gets fired out from the service.
National Capital Region Police Office Director Oscar Albayalde said, “Immediately, pina-relieve natin ‘yung tatlong involve na pulis, plus the PCP (Police Community Precinct) commander at temporarily in-assign natin sa Regional Police Holding and Accounting Unit natin to pave the way for an impartial investigation.”
Based on the previous report, the report of the police officers right after the said operation did not match to the recorded scene of the CCTV that was placed to where the crime happened and even the testimonies of the witnesses say otherwise.
Albayalde further said, “Binigyan na rin natin ng direktiba ‘yung district director to ensure the security nung mga relatives ng bata at kahit ‘yung chief of police d’yan gumawa na rin ng sariling imbestigasyon.”
Abayalde was also expecting that the result of the investigation will be submitted as soon as possible.
“ASAP po. Kahapon pa po natin binigyan ng direktiba ang ating Internal Affairs Services. Sa tingin ko one or two weeks po matatapos ‘yung kanilang imbestigasyon dyan.”
The family of the victim was in deep grieve for they know that Kian Loyd is not likely to do as to what is said on the report made by the authorities.
Even the people of the social media community cries and demands justice for the death of the 17-year-old student.
