Meanwhile, President Rodrigo Duterte will still look for the replacement of Judy Taguiwalo as the former chief of the DSWD after her appointment was rejected by the Commission on Appointment (CA).

12 out of the 25 members of CA have rejected the appointment of Taguiwalo as DSWD chief due to the controversy she involved with such as the pork barrel issue and issue with Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III.
