A kind-hearted security guard who lends his shoes to a job applicant wearing slippers goes viral after it was posted in the social media.
Nowadays, proper dress code must be observed when applying for a job in offices or any establishments. Formal wear such as office attire or smart casual is required for job applicants when looking for a job as a part of norms in this modern society.
In some offices, a proper dress code is required upon submitting the resume and application letter. Failure of wearing a proper attire sometimes might lead to rejection of application and opportunity, which could be prevented if applicants will only follow these rules and regulations.
Recently, the Facebook page “Headlines Sa PINAS” has shared a story of a kind-hearted security guard who lends his shoes to a job applicant who only wears slippers upon applying for a job in a certain company.
The netizen who shared the story narrated that the applicant told the security guard that he was going to submit his medical requirements inside the office. The guard told the applicant that he would be only turned away for not wearing an appropriate attire.
Unexpectedly, the kind-hearted security guard wore off his own shoes and lend it to the unnamed applicant. The guard also told the latter that he would be entertained in the office if he will wear his shoes.
The guard might only be thinking about the applicant’s welfare and effort to look for a job, that’s why he lend his shoes to the young man.
The social media users also expressed the praises and admirations for the kind-hearted security guard who helped the job applicant without expecting any return.
