CLAUDINE BARRETTO – Veteran actress of the entertainment industry Claudine Barretto defended her estranged sister Gretchen Barretto from the issue involving Atong Ang.
According to the report released by the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), the veteran drama actress defended her sister from the rounding allegations of Gretchen being linked to Atong Ang.
Recalling, it was June of this year when the news exploded containing Gretchen and Atong receiving special treatment at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
And recently, famous journalist Lolit Solis posted a shocking revelation about the two personalities who allegedly is inside a restaurant and Atong being “sweet” to Gretchen.

Thus, Claudine defended her estranged sister from the controversies.
Based on the report of the source, Claudine stated that Atong is just merely a family friend.
“Huwag naman. Alam mo, kawawa, huwag naman ganun. Si Tony, malaki ang respeto lahat kay Tonyboy. Pati naman kay Atong, malaki ang respeto namin. Kaibigan lang talaga namin dahil nga nagkataon lang na naging girlfriend niya yung isang pamangkin ko. Family friend siya. Napakabuting tao ni Atong, wala akong masabi diyan. Mabuting kaibigan, kaya siguro naano… nabibigyan ng malisya. Huwag naman nilang lagyan ng malisya kasi hindi naman bawal makipagkaibigan sa lalaki, di ba? At saka very much in love si Tony at si Gretchen. Huwag sana lagyan ng malisya ng ibang tao. I mean, hindi kami… ako talaga, mas alam ko, ang ate ko, kaya sila nagtagal ni Tonyboy dahil loyal at faithful ‘yan. Very faithful ‘yan.”
She also shared that her brother and JJ has a business together then a daughter of her brother has been the girlfriend of Atong for years.
