Celebrity Couple Richard Poon, Maricar Reyes Allegedly Arguing Over Money Matters
The celebrity couple Maricar Reyes and Richard Poon were allegedly arguing over money matters revealed their strategy on handling money.
Nowadays, most couples can’t avoid arguments and debates in numerous things, especially in money matters. There are a lot of couples who got separated due to financial arguments and disagreement, which causing problems in their relationship.
Unceasing debates and arguments regarding on who should handle the money between husband and wife. Some people say that women should be the one who holds the budget and how it will be spent as it is already a tradition, but there some who opposes this method.
The celebrity couple Maricar Reyes-Poon and Richard Poon is not exempted with this kind of problem. The couple also revealed that there are times that they are fighting due to strategy on handling money and budgeting issues.
Richard Poon said that if people consider on whether the husband or wife should handle the money, they will lose the opportunity to determine who can handle the money better. He also said that Maricar has her own savings and he was also giving his earnings to his wife.
The 43-year-old singer disclosed that he and his wife have argued over money matters after Maricar keeps on lending to one person. He also said that he stopped his wife to prevent a bigger argument.
“I had to fight her na and say, ‘I’m going to put my foot down. Ito ‘yung linya ngayon, it has to stop or else away tayo at away ito na malaki,” said by Richard Poon quoted by Philippines Reports.
However, Maricar her actions and taught that handling her own money was okay until Richard gave her a new mindset in handling money.
The couple is now doing fine and doesn’t deprive each other in spending money, but Maricar and Richard revealed that have to both agree before spending on major acquisitions.
