Miggy Tolentino Apologizes Over Basketball Brawl

That’s My Bae member Miggy Tolentino apologized after involving in a basketball brawl in Maypajo, Caloocan City, on Monday, July 10.

Miggy Tolentino and a certain Tonton Fajardo, the referee during their basketball match, faced each other in their town’s barangay hall to settle their rift.

Their altercation started after the referee called a foul on his teammate.

Miggy Tolentino was even spotted in a closed-circuit television (CCTV) holding a knife.

Meanwhile, Miggy Tolentino admitted that he was at fault at the time. He already settled his rift with the referee.

“Sa mga na-disappoint ko na namba-bash, pasensiya na po sa inyo,” he said in an interview with PEP.ph and other members of the press.

“Ipinapangako ko po na di na ito mauulit,” he added.

According to him, he held a knife after being pissed by the referee.

Miggy Tolentino, whose real name is Luis Miguel Tolentino came to prominence for Trops (2016), Mansyon (2017) and My Bebe Love: #KiligPaMore (2015).

He is also one of the members of That’s My Bae (also known as EB Baes or Trops), a Filipino dance group formed in the That’s My Bae: “Twerk It” Dance Contest segment of the country’s longest-running noontime variety show Eat Bulaga!

The group is composed of Kim Last, Kenneth Medrano, Joel Palencia, Tommy Peñaflor and Jon Timmons.
