Earthquake hit several places in Visayas, Monday, July 10.
Earthquake rocked several places in Visayas such as Leyte, Cebu, Ormoc, and San Pedro of the Eastern Visayas.
As per the report released by the Inquirer, a magnitude 5.4 quake rocked the Leyte province on early Monday morning ‘with intensity VI recorded in Ormoc City”.
Shakings have also been noted on the grounds of several provinces such as Cebu, Negros Oriental and Bohol.
Accordingly to the report from the bulletin of Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the rocking was recorded around 9:41 of this morning.
It was an aftershock after the 6.5 quake which hit the Central Visayan Region last Thursday, July 6.
And another report from the site earthquaketrack.com, that a shaking measured in magnitude by 5.9 was also recorded 6 kilometers from the San Pedro of the Eastern Visayas.
As per the record, it hit the place around 1:41 AM, Monday morning, July 10.
