Recently, a video showing people praying in front of a religious statue crossed the Facebook page PVT – Pilipinas Viral Trending.
In the video, it could be seen that the people were singing a worship song when suddenly the statue moved while the person who placed his hands on it assisted it. It even came to a point that it landed on the floor.
The caption of the post reads: “Gumalaw daw ang Rebulto. Fake or Real?”
The video went viral on the social media. As of the writing, it has already reached more than nineteen thousand views on the online platform. Lots of netizens also dropped comments on the post.
Many of them undeniably do not believe that the religious statue moved on its own.
According to netizen Mike Angelo Ty Santisima, it is obviously fake and he will believe it if the man did not hold the statue. He stated that it is visible that the statue was pushed.
Facebook user Ernie Macatangay stated in a comment that he will believe it if there is no one guarding the statue in front.
On the other side, there are also netizens who believed that the religious statue really moved on its own.
In a comment to the post, netizen Kally Asfir stated that it is real. She also shared that she has already seen statues dancing way back in 1986 when she was still a kid.
However, the netizen claimed that the message that the dancing statue tries to convey is that something bad will happen and the country will suffer from poverty even more.
