The Video Footage Of An Abusive MMDA Traffic Enforcer Breaks Motorist’s Driver’s License Over Violation Goes Viral
An abusive MMDA traffic enforcer breaks the driver’s license of a motorist identified as Ronan Pastrana after committing traffic violations.
Traffic enforcers are public servants who were tasked to implement the traffic rules and regulations. They were also tasked to give sanctions and penalties for those who will be caught violating the traffic rules, but they should also set a good example in using their authority.
A Facebook user named Ronan Pastrana has uploaded his video showing how an abusive MMDA traffic enforcer neglected him and breaks his driver’s license after committing a traffic violation, which is inappropriate for the case.
In the video, it can be seen that Pastrana was asking the enforcer why did he breaks his driver’s license. But the enforcer was only neglecting and ignoring his questions, he also refused to issue a violation ticket and temporary license.
Pastrana also asked the name of the abusive enforcer, but the MMDA officer still ignored him. He also asked another officer to explain the rude behavior of his colleague, but he can’t properly answer the questions.
A few moments later, the motorist finally confronts the enforcer and have an exchange of heated arguments. The enforcer finally issued a violation ticket, but he failed to give his name to Pastrana saying that his name was written on the ticket.

“Another MMDA traffic enforcer scam.
Kanina lang po sa commonwelth ave bound to t.sora around 3:00pm. “violation overspeeding”. Tama nman po kaya tumabi ako at ngpaticket. Ang problema po yong lisence card ko pinutol ng enforcer. May temporary lisence din po ako na 5 years validity.
Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat, nakalagay po pareho sa envelope ang lumang card at new tempo license for reference purposes. Yan din po ang sabi sa lto noon ng renew ako .kukunin nila ang luma pag may bagong card na.
Ang ending po yong pinutol nyang drivers license hindi nya na binigay pati ang tempo license. At pinahabol habol pa ako ng enforcer para makuha ko ant ticket..hay buhay!?
