WATERMELON – A video of a watermelon releasing bubbles caught the attention of the members of the online community.
Based on a post on the Facebook account of Ellicez Ignacio, people nowadays are not safe even when it comes to fruits bought in malls.
The netizen posted a video of a watermelon that releases bubbles. Lots of bubbles really came out from the fruit as seen in the video.
The tag of the fruit was also shown in the video. When the fruit was opened, there is a liquid coming out from its skin.
The netizen warned the people most especially her family regarding it. Based on her post, she is glad that they were not able to eat the fruit.
Lots of other netizens were tagged in the post. It circulated abruptly on the social media gaining more than fifty eight thousand shares and around 2.7 million views.
Aside from the sky-rise number of shares and views, lots of netizens expressed their reactions to the post through comments.
Not less than three netizens advised the buyer of the watermelon to bring it back to where it was purchased so the seller can see it.
According to a Facebook user, there are something injected on fruits and that is the result when it is not opened very soon. She stated that she never buys fruits in malls.
According to one of the comments of Ellicez Ignacio, the store where they bought the watermelon has already reached out to her.
“Sabi daw ng supplier di yan bulok. Kaya inaalam na nila kung bakit ganyan ung pakwan… Sabi din ng supplier ng puregold nag msg po sakin. Di daw yan bulok kaya inaalam na nila kung bakit ganyan,“ she stated.
Meanwhile, through comments to the post, lots of netizens expressed their gladness that the fruit was not eaten.
