PJ Perez, SPO1 Russel Perez Brother Caught On CCTV Mauling Subdivision’s Security Guard
PJ Perez, the brother of Camp Crame’s policeman SPO1 Russel Perez was caught on CCTV footage punching a security guard after following orders.
Police officer were the law enforcers and in charge of implementing the law. They are also tasked to promote peace and order in the country and supposed to be the first to follow the law they were implementing.
A Facebook user named “France Albano” has shared a CCTV footage of a homeowner identified as PJ Perez punching a security guard in Jordan Plains Subdivision IV in Novaliches, Quezon City. PJ Perez is the brother Camp Crame Police SPO1 Russel Perez.
According to Albano’s post, the security guard first blocked and refused the entry of SUV drove by PJ Perez for having no entry sticker attached on the vehicle. After a few minutes, the guard allowed them to enter the situation.
PJ Perez returned to the guard-house together with brother police and had a heated exchange of arguments with the security guard. He got off from his car and throws more punches the guard’s face, then moved away from the CCTV coverage line.
SPO1 Russel Perez got off his car to intervene and tried to stop his brother from mauling the subdivision’s security guard. In the end of the video, it can be seen that the police and his abusive brother stepped on the car and run away.

“Ng dahil sa pagsunod ng guard sa regulation ng subdivision na no sticker no entry policy, isang guard ang pinagsusuntok ng homeowners na si PJ Perez at kasama pa nito ang kanyanang kapatid na pulis crame na hindi man lang nya napigilan ang kanyang kapatid na makapanakit, ilan suntok sa mukha ang inabot ng kawawang guard bago bumaba ng sasakyan itong si Spo1 Russel Perez, ngyari ito sa Jordan Plains Subd IV Novaliches Q.C. Nagbanta pa umano itong Spo1 Perez na kung magdedemanda ang guard sa korte ay ito ay kanyang babaliktarin ang kaso at ang guard pa daw ang makakasuhan sa bandang huli.
Bago ang panununtok dumaan ang pj perez papasok ng subdivision sakay ng kanyang kotse, sinita sya ng guard dahil walang sticker ang kanyang sasakyan, matapos sabihan pinadaan din naman sya papasok ng subdivision ngunit ilang sandali bumalik ito kasama na ang kanyang kapatid na pulis.
