Remember former matinee idol, Onemig Bondoc?

He came to prominence during the 1990s up to year 2000s.

He starred in a number of popular shows including “T.G.I.S (Thank God It’s Sabado)” and “Growing Up” which premiered on GMA.

Onemig or Juan Miguel Rivera Bondoc in real life later transferred to Kapamilya Network. He starred in numerous Kapamilya shows such as “Labs Ko Si Babe,” “!Oka Tokat,” “Pangako Sa ‘Yo,” and “Marina.”

He also starred in strings of famous movies including “Ngayong Nandito Ka” alongside Kristine Hermosa and “Volta.”

Onemig Bondoc invested his earnings while being on showbiz in real estate. He ventured into his family businesses, which include the Benedictine International School of Quezon City.

He also entered politics. He ran as Representative in the 2nd Legislative District of Bataan in the 2013 elections. However, he has withdrawn his candidacy after he accused his fellow politician Ding Roman of an electoral anomaly.

Onemig Bondoc got married to a half-French, half-Filipina commercial model named Valerie Bariou. They were blessed to have two children.

But in 2015, he made headlines after he filed a case against his wife to gain the full custody of his children. He claimed that his wife is not capable of taking care of their children.
