Cruel Man Physically Abusing A Horse Caught On Camera
The video of a cruel man who was physically abusing his horse together with his company goes viral after it was posted in the social media.
Animal cruelty or animal abuse is an act violating the law for causing harm or suffering to the animals for personal amusement. The laws concerning animal cruelty were created to prevent animal abuse and violators will be charged with corresponding sanctions and penalties.
The Facebook page “Pinoy Abroad TV” has uploaded a video showing a man committing an act of animal cruelty. The man together with his friend was physically abusing and hurting his horse due to unknown reason.
In the video, it can be seen that the man wearing a white shirt was hitting the horse using his rod. While the man wearing red shirt was assisting his friend by holding the rope to control the movement of the horse.
