Robin Padilla Speaks Up About Horrible Situation In Marawi City
The action star/actor Robin Padilla breaks his silence regarding the horrible and violent situation of our fellow countrymen in Marawi City.
Marawi City is now in a critical situation due to the sporadic firefight between the government forces and the Maute Group. President Rodrigo Duterte has already declared martial law in the whole Mindanao for a period of 60 days due to the gun battle.
Numerous celebrities and personalities have already expressed their opinions, reactions, comments, and offered their prayers for the residents of Marawi City. One of them was the staunch supporters of President Duterte no other than Robin Padilla.
Robin Padilla or known as “Bad Boy” of the Filipino movies believes that President Duterte’s violence-laden rhetoric. He said that Filipinos can overcome this challenge by being strong and hoping that the president could resolve this problem.
In an interview with Mocha Uson, a diehard supporter of the President Duterte, Padilla encouraged the Filipinos to still believe and support the president in addressing the issue in Marawi City.
“Syempre una pasasalamat at syempre wag po kayo magbibitaw, dahil ang ating pong pakikipaglaban ay tuloy-tuloy at tayo po ay naguumpisa pala mang.” And “Medjo malungkot yun pero malaking pagsubok yan at mananalo tayo,” said by Robin Padilla in an interview.
