A netizen took to the social media a video of a woman hurting a child.
WOMAN – A video showing a woman hurting a child crossed the social media and hooked the attention of the netizens on the online platform.
The video showing the disappointing incident was posted on the Facebook account Em Ytterp. Based on the caption, it was the netizen’s child who saw the incident first when they went out from a grocery store.
According to the netizen, she decided to take a video of the incident. They have no idea with regards to the relation of the woman and the child.
The netizen asked the members of the online community to spread the video so the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) can see it.
In the video, it could be seen that the woman wearing a yellow shirt intensely hurt the crying child.
The video went viral on the social media. It has already reached more than 1 million views and two thousand four hundred shares on the online platform.
Moreover, there are also other netizens who expressed their reactions to the post via comments.
According to a Facebook user, the DSWD should act on this right away.
One netizen stated in a comment that woman should have disciplined the child at home if she committed a mistake and not in a public place.
“Bakit ganun na lang kung manakit sa bata,” she added in her comment.
A netizen stated in a comment that is clearly child abuse while another netizen expressed that if the one who took the video is really concerned, she should have go to the woman.
In a comment to the post, a Facebook user raised the possibility that the woman hurts the child more in their house as she can do it that much in a public area.
