Sen. Risa Hontiveros has given her side on the issue that accuse her and Sen. Pangilinan of having an affair.
RISA HONTIVEROS – Senator Risa Hontiveros broke her silence regarding the issue that links her with Sen. Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan.
The recent flight of megastar Sharon Cuneta to the United States has been linked to the controversial photo of Sen. Kiko Pangilinan and Sen. Risa Hontiveros.
The controversial photo, which many claimed to be edited or taken from another angle, conveyed that the two senators were holding each other’s hands while they were walking.
Sen. Pangilinan has posted a similar photo on his social media account. The photo was taken from another angle and it shows that he and Sen. Hontiveros were walking with no physical contact to each other.
The wife of Sen. Pangilinan, 51-year-old megastar Sharon Cuneta, has also broken her silence regarding the matter and stressed in a social media post that there is no truth to the issue that her husband and Sen. Hontiveros are having an affair.
The megastar also stated that a ‘third party’ in her marriage with Sen. Pangilinan is not included if there is really something that she is going through in the present.
Sharon Cuneta has not yet returned to the country. Her husband has recently taken to the social media a mother’s day message for his wife.
Based on a previous news report, her oldest daughter KC Concepcion has also posted a moving message for her beloved mom on the special day for mothers.
Meanwhile, another person whose name was also dragged in the issue has broken her silence.
Based on a video posted in ABS-CBN, Sen. Hontiveros said that Sharon Cuneta has already spoken and those who are making the issue should stop it.
“Nagsalita na po yung ating nag-iisang megastar so tigilin na po nila yan,” Hontiveros expressed.
In a post, Sharon expressed that part of what she’s going through right now is the lost of two people and some financial matters. She told the public not to worry about her as she was made by God to be strong.
