Kirby Gaitano’s Creative Way To Tell His Mother That He’s Okay Goes Viral

The creativity of  Kirby Gaitano to tell his mother that he is okay when he traveled went viral.

KIRBY GAITANO – This 22-year-old student from Ateneo De Davao went viral because of his creative way to assure his mother that he is fine.

Based on the report of CNN Philippines, Kirby takes the course Electronics Engineering at the Ateneo De Davao University. And his mother, Belinda Gaitano was the one who shared his photos through a post on her Facebook account.

Normally, everyone knows that our mother would usually fret and worry every time their sons or daughters is away from home going to different places.

Mothers will always be mothers.

However, Kirby’s way to tell his mother he is okay is really creative which captured attention from lot of people on social media.

His photos were taken to different scenic spots of Baler and Dingalan in Aurora, where traveled for vacation, and he is holding a signage saying, “Ma, okay lang ko” (Ma, I’m alright).

According  to the report, Kirby does not usually responds to the queries of the mother but this time, he replied clearly showing what he was doing.

In an interview of CNN with Kirby he said, “It was only an act of concern, an act of initiative, an act of love for my mom ‘di ba? Na malaman niya lang na okay lang ako kasi eventhough I  am not a parent, I know for one thing na nag-aalala talaga yan sila kahit pa sabihin mong okay ka lang.”

He even added that the pictures he sent to his mother made her happy knowing he is okay considering that the pictures were taken to different place. They did not  even expect  that his gesture will get viral.

On Belinda’s post, his mother, the caption just simply says, “My son went on a trip to Baler and Dingalan, Aurora last week. And whenever he’s on a trip, I get so nervous when he doesn’t text me back. But for this trip, he did not only texted me back, but also sent me pictures which clearly shows how he was doing. “Ma, ok lang ko!”
