A photo of a police officer allegedly urinating in a public area went viral.
POLICE OFFICER – The photo of a police had gone to social media and went viral as he was captured in a situation like he was “peeing” in a public area.
The hilarious photo that went viral of a police officer is currently under the investigation of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Seemingly, in the photo, it can be seen that a police in his uniform is standing facing the streets and rumored to be urinating on a flower pot.
However, what is more interesting is the fact that he is facing the streets where public vehicles and people could take a look of what he is doing.
As mentioned in the report of the Trending News Portal, Oscar Albayalde, the Director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) that the district commander has been already called whether the allege is true or not.
He even added, “Based on the picture, this could be in the Pasay-Baclaran area, and the policeman may be doing something suspicious.”
If ever the allegations will be proven to be true, the policeman involved or the police on the picture will have to face proper sanctions based on the misconduct that he did.
Meanwhile, the Southern Police District (SPD) Director Tomas Apolinario Jr. said that it may be that the police is not urinating ,perhaps he is just washing his hands. Thus, maybe his action was just misinterpreted.
The investigation about the matter is still ongoing.
People, upon seeing the photo were shocked about the allege considering his job and role in the society.
If one is caught and proven guilty of the misdemeanor, he or she will have to face penalties like paying a fine or a community service or both which is also the same penalty when one is caught spitting or defecating.
