Kris Aquino Confirms Participation In “Crazy Rich Asians”
The Filipina actress Ms. Kris Aquino has confirmed her role and participation in the upcoming Hollywood film entitled “Crazy Rich Asians”.
Kris Aquino did not deny her participation in the upcoming Hollywood movie “Crazy Rich Asians,” which was being managed by American studio outfit Warner Brothers. The media take the opportunity to ask Kris about her role in the Hollywood movie during a press conference for antibacterial solution ‘Fucidin’.
“I don’t want to violate the non-disclosure. Please, please! Allow me this one lang talaga to obey them. Thank you!” Kris pleaded the media. Quoted by Philstar.
The TV host refused to discuss anything even about Mother’s Day fearing that her tongue might slip and reveal something. She said “Ayoko talaga, sorry! Baka mamis-interpret pa nila tapos bawiin. Gift na ni God eh!”
Aquino would play the role of a Brunei or Malaysian princess after signing a contract for the Hollywood movie last month. It is a huge blessing for the actress after experiencing rejection for a year.
Crazy Rich Asians were based on the novel of Kevin Kwan, an international bestselling author. The story was about heir Nick Young and his cousins Astrid Leong and Eddie Cheng. Leong is known as “The Goddess” or the Singapore society darling.
Previously, the Warner Brothers’ announced that all-Asian cast including Michelle Yeoh, Henry Golding, Constance Wu, Chris Pang, Sonoya Mizuno, Gemma Chan and Awkwafina will be featured in the Hollywood film, which will be shot entirely in Singapore and Malaysia.
