Manny Pacquiao declared he’s ‘not done yet’ as he will defend world title in his bout against Jeff Horn in July.
MANNY PACQUIAO – The veteran Filipino boxer will defend his world title from the Australia’s boxer Jeff Horn at Brisbane in July.
As reported by ABS-CBN News, the boxing champion idol said that his fight with the undefeated boxer of Australia will be his chance to show beyond doubt that he still got the fist in boxing despite the fact that he has a full time job as senator of the country.
In the promotion he done about the fight against Horn on July 2, he said to the reporters, “(I want) to defend my crown and prove that I’m still there in boxing, despite of my ambitions in office as a senator.”
And he even added that he is still into the boxing career and he is not through with it yet.
The eight-weight world champion has started his winning successions the moment he first won the world title in flyweight. His first win led him to win more belts and championship titles until super welterweight.
As mentioned in the report, he said that boxing is his life. He started this passion ever since he was young.
The 38 year old boxer said that, based on the report stated above, he is so excited to to fight against the 29 year old boxer of Australia. His last fight was with Jessie Vargas where the result of the bout added up to the line-up of his successful fights.
As told by the report, the bout against Horn will take place at the Suncorp Stadium which has the capacity to accommodate 55,000 people.
He even said that he does not know much about the whereabouts of Jeff Horn or his techniques in the way he fights but he is going to get the opponents last three fights.
