North Korea’s Troops Gather In Pyongyang For Show Of Strength
On Saturday (April 15, 2017), the North Korea’s Troops were massed in Pyongyang for a show of strength led by Kim Jong-Un.
Soldiers riding hundreds of flatbed trucks have lined the banks of the Taedong river through the North Korean Capital ahead of the parade. The event was to mark the 105th birth anniversary of North’s founder Kim Il-Sung, grandfather of Kim Jong-Un.

North Korean soldiers were marching through Kim II-Sung Square in the center of Pyongyang, together with tanks, and missiles on trailers.
The Korean War ended in 1950-1953 in Armistice, instead of a peace treaty. Pyongyang also said that they needed more nuclear weapons to defend their country from possible U.S invasions. US analyst said that Pyongyang might be using the parade for a show of strength in preference to a nuclear test.
