Vice Ganda says he and Ronnie Alonte are just friends.
Television host and comedian Vice Ganda finally broke his silence after he was being linked to Ronnie Alonte, who is allegedly his boyfriend, made the rounds online.
Vice Ganda became the trending topic again that everyone online now talks about him after he revealed that he’s inspired by someone.
Netizens went crazy and asked for more details about this man. He was then linked to actor Ronnie Alonte.
Before the rumors get worse, the famous comedian clarified that he and the hashtag member are just friends.
As you all know, Ronnie Alonte is part of the dance group hashtags that became popular in the noontime show, Showtime where Vice Ganda is one of the regular host. Apart from dancing, the 20-year-old actor is also known for his acting talent.
He had two movies in the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival, namely “Seklusyon” and “Vince&Kath&James.”
Vice is reportedly close to Ronnie and is one of the comedian’s “Anak-anakan.”
In an interview with Pep.ph, Vice Ganda finally speaks up and went to say that people get malicious thought when they see a gay man and a straight having a close relationship.
“Alam mo, tanggap na namin yun, na ganun talaga kadumi ang utak ng mga tao,” he said.
Despite the criticism that the comedian received, Vice Ganda said that he is glad that he has friends who have wider perspectives.
“Ako masaya ako sa mga kaibigan ko, kasi malawak ang pag uunawa nila. Dedma sila kung ano ang sabihin ng mgatao,”Vice Gnada Said.
“Ganun talaga, e. Di namin sila makokontrol. Ang mahalaga, di naman naapektuhan ang friendship namin,” he added.
Vice ended his statement by saying he is indeed close with Ronnie.
“Close talaga kami nila Ronnie na dito sila tumatambay sa dressing room.”
