Local comedian Chokoleit has caught the attention of the Pinoy online community after a video of him torridly kissing a guy in a bar circulated on social media.

The kissing video gained different reactions from the netizens. Some of the netizens find the video not entertaining and unpleasant to be seen on social media while other netizens feel happy and supported the comedian.

Chokoleit’s friend and fellow comedian Vice Ganda expressed his support and happiness for Chokoleit despite the negative criticisms that he received on social media.

In a report of Pep.ph, February 6, 2017, on the set of “It’s Showtime” they got a chance to asked Vice Ganda about his reaction on Chokoleit’s viral video, and the comedian said that he is happy for his friend Chokoleit.

“I’m so happy for Chocoleit,” vice said.

The famous local comedian and host Vice Ganda also defended Chokoleit in his interview by saying, “Unang-una, matanda na si Chokoleit, ‘di naman siya minor. Alam niya kung ano ang gusto niyang gawin. Alam niya ang mga consequences ng mga bagay na ginagawa niya at ginawa niya yun nang masaya siya.”

“I’m so happy for him. Sabi ko ngang ganyan, ‘Whoever you are, whatever you do, kung anuman ang itsura mo, there will always be that one person in this world that will find you attractive.’ Kahit ano ang sinasabi natin kay Chokoleit, may isang tao na naniniwala na attractive at handang halikan siya. Yun ang totoong tagumpay., he added.

Vice Ganda shared that Chokoleit is very lucky to have a guy who would kiss him in public.

In his Instagram post, Vice posted a meme which is accurate of Chokoleits situation wrote in the caption saying Chokoleit is the Ambassadress of Hope.
