Pia Wurtzbach gives a pair of eyeglass gives a pair of eyeglass to Steve Harvey before announcing the grand winner for the Miss Universe 2017.
Pia was the former Miss Universe 2015; she gives a pair of eyeglass for the host Steve Harvey before announcing the final results. Pia interrupts Steve’s hosting while the pageant was still going on. Her action draws laughter’s from the audiences.
Last Miss Universe 2015, Steve was also the host of the international beauty pageant, where he mistakenly announced Ariadna Gutierrez or Miss Colombia as the Miss Universe 2015, where Miss Colombia was so happy for her almost victory.
But after a short moment, Steve come and explained that he had mistakenly announced the winner of that pageant. He apologized to the audiences and explained his mistakes. He announced that Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines was the Miss Universe for the year 2015. Steve took back the crown from Miss Colombia and give it to Miss Philippines.
Pia gives the pair of eyeglass to Steve to prevent making another mistake on the announcement of winners on the same pageant. Steve also accepted the eyeglass and thanked Pia for she has done before he continues to announce the new Miss Universe.
