Lichangco shared some photos of an old man. In the photo, this man was sitting just in front of her something private is out. She was shocked because it was in a public utility vehicle with many passengers inside it and it was in broad daylight.
She didn’t know what to do upon seeing it. Cherry took her phone and pretend like she is texting and recorded the incident.
“Ilang minuto na yung lumilipas pero di nya pa din tinatago… kahit alam nyang nakita ko na. Sobrang natakot ako kaya kung ano ano na yung pumasok sa isip ko. Kinuha ko yung cellphone ko tsaka ko sya vinideohan,” she wrote.
