Recently, many people turn to the social media when it comes to trending news reports and updates – may it about the issues in the political arena or the recent updates about the stars in the showbiz industry.
Undeniably, the social media has become one of the quickest sources when it comes to news reports and updates as posts circulate abruptly due to shares.
The online platform has also become a home to lots of controversial posts just like the recent post found in Madam Claudia’s Facebook page.
A photo has been posted in the said Facebook page. The photo is about the alleged conversation of Antonio P. Contreras and Krizette Laureta Chu on Facebook.
Chu asked Contreras in an emphasized response on the photo to tell her if it would be proven that Vice Pres. Leni Robredo is the source.
Beside the photo of the online conversation is another photo which shows a Remate newspaper. In the newspaper, the headline was ‘Judge sa Naga, sinampahan ng rape ng anak [Judge in Naga faces a rape case filed by his daughter].’

Based on the caption of the photo, a rape case has been filed against an RTC Judge, Jaime Contreras, by his own daughter. The RTC judge is a cousin of Antonio Contreras.
The netizen behind the Facebook page cited that a certain blog site, lilacsunsetblog.wordpress, allegedly stated that the daughter sought the help of Vice Pres. Leni Robredo and the Vice President together with her lawyer friends helped her.

However, the victim hid and the family of Contreras keeps on pushing Vice Pres. Robredo to intervene for they want to settle it and forget about the issue. However, the Vice President chose to fight for the right of the child.
According to the post, the family is ‘bitter’ towards Vice Pres. Robredo as she did not agree with a settlement of the case and to disregard it.
The post has gained 39 shares and many netizens have dropped their reactions on the issue.
