Sneaky Pinoy thief in hospital caught on CCTV victimizing an old woman by stealing her Phone went viral on the social media.
In the country, criminals chose to victimize weak individuals for their own gain. People was outraged because the person doing the reprehensible act of stealing is one who looks like he could have a decent job.

A Filipino thief was caught on CCTV stealing a phone in a hospital, causing anger and disgust in the online community.
The shocking CCTV footage shows that the man in black was so busy with his phone but he can be seen glancing around, checking if anybody is observing him.
The thief is ensuring that no one would be there when he his sneaky crime.
In his first attempt, he tried to reach the phone, but the old woman who was guarding a patient while sleeping in her bed woke up, which caused him to back off.
However, the old woman can be seen like she never noticed the man beside her.
She went back to sleep without securing her phone, leaving it unguarded on the bed.
The sneaky thief tried again to repeat his crime, this time he took the gadget away from the rack in a calm and relaxed manner.
A few moments later, he can be seen placing the gadget inside his pocket without anyone noticing. He then simply went out of the door as if nothing happened after being successful with his sneaky crime.
According to the netizen who shared the video, the incident happened at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital Iba, Zambales.
The video which was uploaded by Pilipinas Viral Videos on Youtube, now has thousands of views and has been shared by netizens who were not only outraged by the actions of the man in black talent but were also shocked that the thief looks like he could have a decent job.
