VIDEO – A footage went viral on the social media as it captured a man allegedly stealing the mobile phone of an old woman in a hospital in Zambales.
Many news updates can be found on the social media. Usually, as you would scroll the feed, you would see many reports about the arena of politics and the famous stars in the show business industry.
In fact, there are people who turn to the social media in getting updates from certain fields as reports on the platform circulate abruptly making it one of the fastest sources of news updates.
Aside from the news updates regarding political issues, the activities of some politicians, or the lives of the famous celebrities, there are also lots of photos and videos on the social media that went viral due to what they entail.
One of it is the video that was recently posted on the Facebook page Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM Spotted.
In the video, what could be seen is a man standing near a door and he seems busy with his mobile phone. After a few time, he went near to a hospital bed and it looks like he is trying to get something near another person but then the person woke up.
He walked away from the bed as he put his phone over his ears and went back to the area near the door. After a little time, he went near the bed again and it looks like he took something and then he went out of the door.
According to the caption of the post, the incident happened on the 4th of December 2016 at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital in Zambales where the grandfather of the netizen has been confined.
The woman wearing the brown shirt in the video is the grandmother of the netizen and she is taking care of the patient. The post stated that she was not able to sense that someone has taken away her phone.
In the caption, the netizen also shared that after the incident, the woman went out to look for a phone to call someone that she has to call to. The netizen’s grandfather died without having someone on his side.
The netizen called the attention of the public to report to the police authorities in case they know the man in the video to avoid future similar incidents to happen again. The viral video has already 842 views in less than two hours since it was posted.
