CCTV footage caught the kidnapping incident in Pasay City. The video shows an unidentified woman kidnapping a 3-year-old girl.
The CCTV footage shows that the woman can be seen wearing a red jacket buying something in a Sari-sari store.
In an interview of ABS-CBN with the owner of the store, Richelle Manuba, the woman bought a cigarette and a soft drink from her sari-sari store and then she offered the soda to a child playing in the street.
The unidentified woman can then be seen in the video walking and holding hands with the little girl who was also holding the soft drink that she bought from the store.
According to a report, the child was identified as 3-year-old Rachel Andales from Barangay 44, Pasay City and she has not yet returned to their home.
During the incident, Reynaldo Andales, the father of Rachel was reportedly busy collecting garbage when the kidnapping took place.
Andales said his wife is blind and they have four children. She can’t look for her daughter because of her condition.
Both parents begged the female kidnapper to bring back their daughter to them as soon as possible.
The video of the kidnapping was now taking the social media by storm! As many of the netizens who have watched the video shared it on Facebook.
Five days later, according to the report, the 3-year-old girl still have not found.
Many netizens also promised their prayers and support for the family.
