President Duterte Delivered His Speech In Japan During His Three-Day State Visit
President Rodrigo Duterte has his speech in the Philippine Economic Forum and improving relations on his three-day state visit to Japan.
During the president’s state visit to Japan, on his first day he delivered a speech on Philippine Economic Forum. The president expects more investors setting up stores in the country, he also emphasized that the country needs improvement in agriculture, especially in rural areas.
Agriculture sections that produce the country’s top export products such as bananas, pineapples, coconut, and other products. Also, the president said that the development of infrastructure projects, peace and security is also necessary to improve the business climate in the country.
In his speech, the president mentioned that the Philippines is mandated by the constitution to adopt the independent foreign policy, according to the law of conduct that he had read. Duterte explained that he does not seek quarrels with other countries but he only preserves the country’s dignity for its people.
