US Lose PH As Their Ally, Obama Faces Shock Loss
US President Barack Obama is now facing shock loss for losing the Philippines as their ally, a few months before vacating his post.
The ties between the United States and the Philippines already came to an end after it was declared by President Rodrigo Duterte during his state visit to China last week. The breakup of two countries came after the series of tirades launched by Duterte against US President Obama for criticizing amid his war on drugs amid Extra Judicial Killing (EJK).
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said that they haven’t heard any specifics but Duterte’s comments create unnecessary uncertainty in the relationship between the two countries. The president earlier announced to cut the military ties between Philippines and US after being an ally for a long time and will be more dependent on China.
