Recently, Jaybee Sebastian’s name was dragged into the center as the investigation on the alleged drug trade inside the National Bilibid has crossed the surface. He was even more known after the September 28 unexpected incident at Building 14 of NBP.
Last 28th of September, an unexpected incident happened in Building 14 which took away the life of one of the inmates, Tony Co. Sebastian is one of those inmates who were affected by the incident.
In a recent news report, Sebastian has spoken as witness in the Bilibid Congressional Hearing and inquiry on drug trade in NBP.
