CONTROVERSIAL STATEMENT – Pres. Rodrigo ‘Rody’ Duterte recently spoke at the Rosh Hashanah or the Jewish New Year Celebration at the Beit Yaacov Synagogue, Makati.
Pres. Duterte is a man not just of actions but as well as of words. Undeniably, there were several instances wherein his statements or the words coming out from his mouth sparked highlighted headlines over the news.
Nevertheless, the 71-year-old President has always been down to Earth to ask for apology whenever he realizes right after that his action does not suit the situation.
He had asked apology several times and the recipients have always accepted it and had understand the President’s nature branded that he is used to ‘gutter language’.
