An MMDA Traffic Officer has reported an unexpected action by an HPG cop.
MMDA – Richard Roman has reported to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority the Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group Officer whom he said has raised a fist on him while he is helping him.
A recent news report in GMA News Online entailed an MMDA Traffic Officer who shared about an unexpected experience from an HPG cop. According to the report, Richard Roman affirmed that he was trying to help the HPG cop, Police Senior Inspector Rufino Noog, that time.
“Sabi ko sa kaniya na sir, bakit po? Kailangan po ba talaga suntukin niyo ako? Sabi niya, napapagod na nga ako. Galit po siya… ‘di ko alam kung saan siya galit. Na-out of balance po ako,” said the MMDA Traffic Officer as stated on the report.
[I told him ‘Sir, why? Do you really need to punch me?’. He told me, ‘I am tired.’ He was mad… I don’t know as to where he is angry on. I was out of balance.]
Based on the report, the MMDA officials is ready to support the Traffic Officer as he filed a report on the unexpected incident while he was helping the HGP cop move the misplaced steel bar.
