PANELO – The legal adviser of Pres. Rodrigo ‘Rody’ Duterte, Salvador Panelo, expressed the several factors behind the declaration of ‘state of lawlessness’ by the President.
Recently, President Duterte has declared the ‘state of lawlessness’ after the incident that happened in Davao City which left several families grieving for the unexpected and abrupt lost of their love ones.
The incident that happened in the night market of Davao was right away followed by the declaration of ‘state of lawlessness’ by Pres. Duterte who was the former city mayor of Davao. He has served the city for decades before he ran for presidency.
In a recent news report in Phil Star Global, the presidential legal adviser, Salvador Panelo, expressed that there were already two drafts of the proclamation made even before the incident happened.
