NBN-ZTE deal Whistleblower Jun Lozada was sentenced by the Sandigan Bayan after they found out that he was guilty of graft in Philforest case.
Engineer Rodolfo Noel “Jun” Lozada Jr. is a whistleblower of the allegedly anomalous broadband network deal with Chinese firm ZTE in 2008. The Sandigan Bayan issued an arrest warrant against him last January 23, 2013.
In a recent report of the GMA news,Jun Lozada was sentenced by the Sandigan Bayan To six to 10 years Imprisonment after finding him guilty.
Lozada was a whistleblower in the multi-million NBN-ZTE deal involving former President and now Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
