Rio Olympics Highlights: Athletes Mark History With Medals

10 highlights were added in history as it happened in Rio Olympics 2016.

RIO OLYMPICS – The Olympic history has always seen great victories and outstanding reliefs as hard works of athletes during practices are being paid off in the event – win or lose it is a pride to their nation.

The 2016 Olympics has just started to take place in Brazil and many names already made a new mark in the history as reported in Rio 2016.

One of it is the history maker, Sir Bradley Wiggins, who is the first athlete from Britain to have won eight medals in the Olympics. The man is an athlete in cycling track.

Another historic mark is the victory of the Germans in the team dressage event. With a score of 81.936,  Sonke Rothenberger, Isabell Werth, Dorothee Schneider, and Kristina Broring-Sprehe of Germany surpassed Charlotte Dujardin of Britain.
