Former Senate President Aquilino ‘Nene’ Pimentel Jr. suggested an additional phrase on ‘Libingan ng mga Bayani’

PIMENTEL – Each is still entitled to his own stand on the Marcos Sr. issue that has heated up talks since President Rodrigo Duterte announced the go signal – each include former Senate Pres. Aquilino ‘Nene’ Pimentel Jr. who has a suggestion on the matter.

So many sides have already flooded the arena after the President signaled the Marcoses to start the preparation for the interment of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. The preparation period has already started and his son, former Sen. Bongbong Marcos, already affirmed it.

The Palace has already aired out its side saying that the law does not distinguish the goodness or badness of a president and Albay Rep. Joey Salceda stands with Pres. Duterte’s decision justifying that it is time for closure.

On the other side, Ifugao Rep. Teodoro Baguilat Jr. has expressed his side to be contrary with the decision made as he says that it would be an insult to the families of heroes laid at Libingan ng mga Bayani.
