Ifugao Rep. Teodoro Brawner Baguilat Jr. that allowing the interment of the late dictator at Libingan ng mga Bayani is not a way for ‘moving on’.
BAGUILAT – While Albay Representative Joey Salceda wanted a closure of the Marcos Sr. issue, representative of Ifugao, Teodor Brawner Baguilat Jr., firmly contends that this step is not good for moving on.
In a previous report, Salceda made mention of the 30 years that Filipinos were divided because of the issue on the resting place of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr. The Albay Representative emphasized his desire for closure.
On the other hand, Ifugao Rep. Teodoro Brawner Baguilat Jr. in a report in Phil Star Global expressed his sentiments about the issue. He sees it as a dishonor to those who were laid there – heroes, national artists and former presidents.
