During PNoy’s last SONA in 2015, the vips and guests were served with black angus with sift pan rolls and caper mayonnaise at the carving station, bacon wrapped chicken rolls, chicken barbecue kebabs, eastern shrimp rolls with chili sauce, bread sticks with quatro formaggio attichoke dip, pasta carbonara and capellini ala puttanesca.
There were also a variety of sandwiches during the event. Guests were offered chicken asparagus rolls, cheese pimiento and tuna pinwheels, crab and olive open-faced sandwiches and wasabi burgers.
The total cost of the menu mounted to P560,000.
