Vice presidential race front-runner Leni Robredo speaks up about the issue that she will resign from her post if Rodrigo Duterte wins the presidential election.
Earlier, a report circulated online stating that the running mate of Mar Roxas, Liberal Party standard-bearer, said that she will resign if elected as vice president of the Davao City Mayor.
In a press conference on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, the Camarines Sur Representative also denied impeachment plans against the soon-to-be the 16th President of the Republic of the Philippines.

“Wala po itong katotohanan,” Leni Robredo told CNN Philippines and other members of the press about the so-called “Plan B”, the alleged impeachment plan of Liberal Party.
“The amount of support that I was willing to give to Secretary Mar will be the same kind and will be the same amount of support that I should give to whoever wins the presidency,” she said.
“Now it is apparent that our people have chosen already. It is Mayor Duterte who will be our next president,” Robredo added.
Meanwhile, based upon the data of COMELEC-GMA Mirror Server, Duterte is still dominating in the presidential race with 15,823,935 votes as of 8:36 am of May 11, 2016.
Fellow presidential candidates; Mar Roxas and Sen. Grace Poe have already conceded to the presidential race front-runner.
In vice presidential race, Leni Robredo leads with 13,939,063 votes followed by Bongbong Marcos with 13,715,045 votes.
