Mar Roxas: ‘Time To Top Surveys’
The Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas recently expressed his assurance to be in the top of the presidential race this month.
According to Manila Bulletin, Roxas said that non-supporters have been switching to him.
Regarding VP Jejomar Binay’s unbeatable trust, approval, and performance ratings for the last five years, Roxas said that after the public had discovered the truth about him, the people, according to Roxas has dirty hands and could not explain where he got billions.
The survey firm Pulse Asia survey said that VP Binay was on the fourth place now having only 18 percent compared to the 40 percent he had before.
According to Mar Roxas, the presidential debates revealed the “inexperience” of Grace Poe making the public question her readiness to lead the Philippines.
“As such, our countrymen sought for another candidate and her ratings slumped,” said he said.
Now, this is what Roxas said regarding Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, who’s currently on the top of the surveys as of the moment.
“Duterte took the lead, okay. But the people saw that he has a dirty mouth and later, they also found out that he has dirty hands as well,” said Roxas.
According to LP candidate, May is Mar Roxas’ month. He also said that all the candidates had a chance but, were found lacking (regarding the surveys).
Basing on the April 19 to 24 survey of Pulse Asia, Duterte dropped two points from 35 to 33 percent. And even Grace Poe and Binay dropped down points. According to Roxas, he was the only one who gained points from 18 to percent 20 percent.
