The influential G-12 Christian Network of the country’s leading Christian Churches were united on their stance to help and support the candidacy of Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano. The gathering of various Christian organization in Cuneta Astrodome was attended with more than 7,000 pastors under the G-12.

During the event only Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano were the only presidential and vice presidential candidates who were invited. The pastors who attended the event urged Mayor Duterte and Sen. Cayetano to fight for the next generation and fight for them.
Pastor Leo Carlo Panlilio, senior pastor of the Destiny-Church Manila, spoke and prayed before Mayor Duterte, challenging him to bring about the change the Filipinos, he said, have long been waiting for.
Aside from Pastor Panlilio, another pastor, Sheina Onrubia, who is also a political figure in Albay, lauded Mayor Duterte’s peace and order programs in Davao City.
Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and his running mate Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, a member of the Born-Again Christian Church were given time to discuss their plans for the Philippines in front of the thousands of pastors who has hundreds if not thousands of followers under their respective churches.
The G-12 movement also supports the candidacy of Greco Belgica, Manny Pacquiao, Joel Villanueva and Samuel Pagdilao for Senators, and GLOBAL PARTYLIST #19 as official partylist.
