The former boyfriend of Angelica Panganiban finally speaks up and aired his official statement regarding the controversial rumors circulating online that Angelica Panganiban and John Lloyd Cruz have called it quits.
Derek Ramsay backed the statement of his former girlfriend, Angelica Panganiban when she denied the rumors that she and John Lloyd Cruz are no longer together or having a problem with their romantic relationship.
In an interview with ABS-CBN, the actor revealed that the last time, Angelica reached out of to him was last December through a text message when Panganiban greeted him for his birthday. The Kapatid actor also revealed that it was the last time he talked to Angelica after he called the actress when Angelica’s name was dragged into the concubinage complaint filed against him by Mary Christine Jolly.
Derek Ramsay stated “We all have our own time to heal. It was nice for her to reach out and greet me for my birthday. It’s good kasi it’s something in my life na I’ve been hoping and praying for na magkaayos kami, maging magkaibigan ulit kami. Kasi six years is six years. Sobrang thankful ako na nag-text siya sa akin ng belated happy birthday,” Ramsay said.
As a sign of support for Derek’s former girlfriend, the actor was quoted as saying “Hindi totoo [na hiwalay na sila]. Patayin na ang issue na ‘yan. Hindi totoo ‘yan,” Ramsay said.
